Turf Aeration and Overseeding
Whether your turf is cool (Fescue) or warm season (Bermuda, Zoysia), periodic aeration is vital to turf grass health and vigor. The main benefits of aeration are increased oxygen, water, and fertilizer to the turf grass roots while reducing soil compaction. While warm season grasses are aerated and seeded in the summer, the fall is an optimal time to aerate and overseed cool season grasses where thicker, denser turf grass is desired.

The professional staff at Roark Landscaping Corporation has extensive knowledge and years of experience providing these services. We take pride in the appearance of your lawn and through necessary evaluation, proper application rates of seed, ensuring good soil and seed contact, fertilization and providing you with written instructions of caring for your lawn.
